Yes, Invoicer.ai uses Stripe to collect payments on your invoices. You can accept credit card, mobile wallet, bank transfer, and more payments.

Card and mobile wallet payments are $0.30 + 2.9% transaction fee.

Bank debits and transfers are 0.8% with a $5 cap.

International payment methods start at 80¢.

To send an invoice, choose Send from the menu, enter the recipient's name and email address, and click Send. Once an invoice is sent, the status changes to 'Sent'.

Alternatively, you can download the invoice to your device and send it via text, email, instant messenger, or another method.

To print an invoice, click the PDF button at the top of the invoice to download it to your device. Once downloaded, open the invoice in your preferred PDF viewer and select print from the menu.

To delete an invoice, you need to archive it first by clicking archive in the invoices list for the invoice you want to delete. Once archived, click the archive filter to view your archived invoices. From there, select delete for the invoice you want to delete.

Yes. You can make unlimited invoices for free during your 14-day free trial period. After that, you need to subscribe.

Yes! Invoicer.ai is free for the first 14 days. Once the free trial is over you will need to subscribe to one of our paid plans.

Once your free trial ends, you can still log in and view all your invoices and clients. You won’t be able to send or download any invoices until you upgrade.
