How to select a template
Invoicer gives you the power to customize your invoice and estimate PDF files with different template styles.
You can select PDF templates from the editor, or from the menu.
To select a PDF template from the editor, follow the steps below.
1. From the editor, click the settings icon beside the PDF button:

1. Expand the Invoices or Estimates menu item and select PDF Templates:

How to edit templates
Once you select a template, you can edit it to better suit your needs.
1. To edit a template, click the settings icon next to the template name in the editor or on the PDF templates page:
2. This opens up the PDF template configuration. Here you can edit the following and see a preview of what the PDF document looks like as you edit:
Below are the editable items.
Style
Default logo
Title color
Header / footer on all pages
Data
The data section allows you to select which fields from the From section (your info) are visible, and also allows you to add an email and website URL:
Heading (edit font size)
Name (edit font size)
Address
Phone number
Email
Site URL
