Invoicer now provides custom PDF templates that you can use to edit the style and information of your PDF invoices and estimates. Learn how to select templates, edit the style, and information.
You'll need to download the PDF to view your document with a selected template.
How to select a template
To select a template, click or tap Templates in the menu:

You can select a template from the drop-down menu as well as edit the template settings.
After clicking or tapping templates in the menu or view templates or the settings icon in the drop-down, you are brought to the template selection screen:
We currently have two template styles. Our standard template and our new modern template. We will be adding more template styles.

How to edit the template style and information
To edit the template style and information, click the settings icon.

You will see the settings on your left and a preview of what the document looks like on the right. You can select the Preview with placeholder data to see what the document will look like with sample information.

You can edit and choose which of the following to display on your document:
Heading (font size adjustable)
Name (font size adjustable)

Email (You can set this to any value)

Viewing the selected template
Once you have picked a template and edited the style and data, select an invoice or estimate, then click the PDF button to download a PDF and see what your document looks like:
