Learn how to add attachments to invoices and estimates.

Invoicer gives you the ability to add attachments to your invoices and estimates.

Sometimes, you need to attach a file to an invoice, like a receipt, so your client has a clear record of the item.


Note: Attachments are a premium feature, so you need an active Pro or Advanced subscription to use them.


What file types can I add?

You can add PDF, JPG, PNG, TXT, and DOC files.

What is the maximum file size allowed?

20 MB.

How many files can I add?

You can add up to 10 files per document.

How do I add attachments?

To add an attachment, scroll to the bottom of the editor and either click the attachments box or drag and drop a file:

Once you have added an attachment, you will see it show up below.

How do I delete attachments?

To delete an attachment, click the delete icon on the attachment row:

How can my clients see attachments?

From the View Screen

Your clients can view attachments from the View screen, which is the screen they see when clicking the link from the invoice email, by clicking on an attachment:

Your clients can see attachments from the PDF and view them by clicking on an attachment.

Yes! You can easily take a photo of a receipt or upload a file and attach it directly to an invoice.
