Payments can fail for a variety of reasons. From missing or incorrect information, expired cards, insufficient funds, and suspected fraud.
If you use a Visa or Mastercard debit card, the chance of failed payments increases as these cards are typically more strict with their rules.
If your payment did not go through, your information is correct, and there are funds on the card, the best solution is to reach out to your card issuer to authorize the transaction. Call the number on the back of the card to let them know the transaction is legitimate and to allow future transactions.
