Learn how to add a logo to your invoices.

Adding a logo to your invoices is easy. Read on to learn how.

There are two ways to add a logo:

Recommended logo size

We recommend using a logo that is no larger than 200 pixels high by 350 pixels wide.

Drag-and-drop

With the drag-and-drop editor, you can easily drag a logo from your computer onto the invoice. Here is the step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Select the logo with your cursor (keeping the logo selected).

Step 2: Drag the logo onto the invoice logo area in the top left.

Step 3: Release the cursor to 'drop' the logo onto the invoice.

That's it! Your logo automatically saves. Scroll down to learn how to delete a logo.

Select one from your device

If you use a mobile device or don't want to use drag-and-drop from your computer, you can easily select a logo. Here's how:

Step 1: Click the 'Add Your Logo+' area.

Step 2: Select the logo from your device.

Step 3: Double click the logo or select the logo and click open.

There you have it! You should now see the logo on your invoice.

How to delete a logo

If you want to delete the logo from your invoice, click the trash icon in the top right of the logo area. On desktop devices, you will need to hover over this area to display the trash icon. On mobile devices, it is visible.

Settings > Logo

Under your account settings, you can also see your logo, delete it, and select a new one.

Note, changing the logo in your account will update the logo across all of your invoices.
