Invoicer supports adding QR codes to invoice and estimate PDFs. This allows you to add a scannable image that your clients can scan to pay an invoice, approve an estimate, or go to any destination you choose, directly from the PDF.
Follow the steps below to learn how to add QR codes.
In the invoice or estimate editor, select "Add QR Code", which is below the terms section, to the right:

You can choose the invoice or estimate view page, custom URL, or none.
Invoice view page
This links directly to the invoice view (stub) page, which is the summary page that your client first visits when clicking the link in the email that we send.
If you have online payments enabled, this is also the page where your clients pay the invoice.
You can check to save this as the default QR code for future invoices (you can always change it as needed for each invoice).
There is a text field to add text that will show up beside the QR code.
Estimate view page
For estimates, this is the page where your clients can approve the estimate, view it, and download it. Same as invoices, you can check to save as default and add text.
Custom URL
Custom URL: for the custom URL, you can add a unique URL. For example:
