To attach the PDF directly to the invoice and estimate emails that are sent from Invoicer, please follow the steps below.
Invoices
Go to Settings > Invoice
Scroll down to the Send Invoice Options
Turn on:
Once enabled, the invoice PDF will be attached to the sending email.
Estimates
Go to Settings > Estimate
Scroll down to the Send Estimate Options
Turn on:
Once enabled, the estimate PDF will be attached to the sending email.
Please note, any changes made to an invoice or estimate, after it is sent, will not update the PDF that was sent in the email. You will need to resend the document so your client has the up to date document.
You must have an active paid subscription to attach PDFs to emails.
