Understanding Token Usage and Costs
Because Invoicer.ai uses advanced AI services (like OpenAI) to power certain features, usage is measured in tokens. Each AI interaction, such as creating, editing, or analyzing data, consumes a number of tokens depending on the complexity of the task.
Included Tokens
Every paid plan includes a monthly allocation of tokens. These tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Unused tokens do not carry over to the next month.
What Are Tokens?
Tokens are the units used to measure your AI usage. Each time you perform an action that involves the AI (for example, generating text or analyzing content), tokens are used.
The more complex the request, the more tokens it consumes.
What Happens If I Run Out?
If you reach your monthly limit, you can continue using AI features by purchasing additional tokens.
Purchased tokens never expire, so you can use them anytime.
Token Pricing
Additional tokens cost $5 per million tokens and are sold in $5 increments.
